CARE is substantially funded by the Caritas Singapore Community Council, presently about 90%. Our operating budget for 2009 is around $230,000.

To upgrade and expand, we are dependent on public donations. Our target is to secure corporate and institutional donors on a continuing basis, especially to expand and upgrade our work and in the long run to set up our own premises
